How do I manage my subscription?

With our flexible monthly subscription plan, you can cancel at any time. Changes will take effect from the next billing date.

How can I manage my staffs' accounts

The account you registered with us is considered your "main" account. With the "Standard" subscription or higher, you can have multiple sub-accounts (the number varies by subscription). These can be utilised for your staff. Within the Lazygrid POS app, you can manage their access levels, emails, passwords, and more.

How do I set up?

Setting up Lazygrid POS is straightforward, and we can have you operational in just a few hours. Comprehensive tutorial videos are available in the app to ensure a smooth start. If you encounter any challenges or need assistance, our responsive and friendly customer support is included with every plan.

Customer service

Regardless of your subscription choice, you'll receive quality and responsive support from our knowledgeable and friendly team. However, "Premium" subscribers receive priority in response and processing.

The app serves as your till. There's no need for a new device when you already own one. Any iPad or iPhone running iPadOS/iOS 15 or above can operate our POS app.
